At Black Magic Alchemy, we want you to be completely spellbound by your purchase. If your garments don't fit your aesthetic, we offer returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our coven inspects your return at the warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
